PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENGAGING IN AND PURCHASING PROACTIVE VOLLEY SERVICES. By engaging in and purchasing PROACTIVE VOLLEY services, you signify your consent to these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not engage in and purchase PROACTIVE VOLLEY services. You understand that by working with, engaging in and purchasing PROACTIVE VOLLEY services you are acknowledging and accepting the terms (1., 2., and 3.) below.

TERMS – 

1. PROACTIVE VOLLEY will guide and advise the Player(Student-Athlete) and Parents throughout the college volleyball recruiting process as a consulting service (not an agent); provide the Player with contacting strategies; assist the Player in creating an evolving list of target colleges. The goal is to obtain a Verbal Commitment between a college volleyball program and Player, but PROACTIVE VOLLEY does NOT guarantee the Player and/or Parent will obtain a Verbal Commitment, Verbal Commitment offer, roster spot, any type of full or partial athletic aid or scholarship, academic aid or scholarship or financial aid or scholarship of any kind from any college. PROACTIVE VOLLEY does NOT guarantee the Player will play volleyball or any sport in college.

2. Player and/or Parents agree to respond promptly (within 24 hours, at the latest) to any communication (email, text, phone call, etc.)  or deadline from PAV requesting action on the Player’s part. For example, it is imperative that the Player respond promptly to any communication from a college volleyball coach or program, as time may be of the essence, and the Player’s failure to promptly respond to college coaches and/or complete work by a PAV given deadline could frustrate the entire recruiting process. Player and Parents understand that there may be times when the Player and Parents should visit prospective college campuses as advised by PAV to move the recruiting process forward and at 100% of the Player and Parents own expense.

3. Player and Parents agree and understand the college volleyball recruiting process is ultimately driven by the Player and the Player must take ownership of the recruiting process. The Player and Parents understand that by going through the recruiting process the Player will treat the process like a separate class in itself and understand that if they can work diligently in the recruiting process to find a great fit to attend college and play volleyball, they are one step closer (showing great ability to succeed as a collegiate student-athlete) by successfully completing the recruiting process. 

The Player and Parents understand that by working with, engaging in and purchasing PROACTIVE VOLLEY services you are acknowledging you have read and accept the above terms (1., 2., and 3.).
