Hi! My name is Dianne DeNecochea. I am the founder of ProActive Volley, educating and guiding volleyball players and their parents as they navigate the college volleyball recruiting process. I played college volleyball at the University of Tennessee and was inducted into the Lady Vol Hall of Fame in 2007. I played pro indoor in Europe for 5 seasons, and pro beach volleyball on the AVP (11 seasons) and FIVB (4 seasons). I coach a 15s club team that I really enjoy. I am the parent of two daughters that are Division 1 college volleyball players, which is how I started this journey to becoming a recruiting coach and advisor.
I believe players should be PROACTIVE, not only in the classroom and on the volleyball court, but also in the recruiting process. Many high school age volleyball players dream of playing volleyball in college and don’t know HOW or WHERE to start.
I educate and advise high school age volleyball players and their parents on how to start the recruiting process, how to communicate with college volleyball coaches, strategize and organize their process, and what to do each step of the way.
I help de-mystify the recruiting process and remove overwhelm and uncertainty for players and their parents. Learn more about me here.
